About this Project:
This rambling riverside home was missing the quaint charm of an old-fashioned front porch. Sweeping fieldstone walkways added drama to the new entry. The water views were made year- round by converting the back screened porch to a cozy room with floor to ceiling casement windows. Two bathrooms were gutted and replaced with new fixtures, heat and ceramic tile flooring and walls. Future plans include a new detached garage with a second floor office.
